Terrain: |
This secluded ranch consists of
a large variety of terrain and vegetation. It is well
balanced with some areas having very thick mesquite and
hackberry, some areas with more open land, and the creek
area, with nice hardwood trees and water for wildlife. There
is a cultivated field inside the ranch which makes a great
food plot, and there are several places near the creek
highly suitable for food plots. There are several draws on
the property which feed the five ponds scattered throughout
the ranch. The South portion is gently sloping to flat and
through the middle of the ranch there are large elevation
changes in the 50-75 foot range. Beaver Creek winds through
the ranch near the North side and provides excellent
hardwood cover and a water source for all types of wildlife.
There are large pools of water in the creek bottom that hold
