spring near the East end of the ranch that is fed by one of
the large draws and it creates a beautiful waterfall with a
clear pool of water below. If you are looking for a ranch
with wonderful homesites and many places to build large
ponds and lakes, the Bluff Dale Ranch is definitely worth
looking at. Last but not least, the tops of the plateaus on
the ranch are covered in grey flat rocks that could be
marketed and sold for landscaping or used onsite to build a
beautiful roadway. |
