Only 1.5 miles from Lake Arrowhead on paved FM 2606 in Clay County southwest of Henrietta, Texas and southeast of Wichita Falls, Texas. Approximately an hour and forty-five minutes northwest of Fort Worth and just 2 hours from the Dallas, TX.

Terrain:

The Lake Arrowhead Combination Ranch is a fantastic cattle grazing and hunting property comprised of flat to mildly rolling terrain with minimal taxable improvements.
