We create an Extensive Write-up on each Subject Property specifically addressing all of the Historic Information, Features, Improvements, Current & Potential Income, Value, Hunting Information, Ranching and Operational Information with a heavy emphasis on water resources, capacities, proximity, cattle and hunting information.

Cloud Based Mapping

Cloud based mapping will be implemented on all Internet Advertisements. Large laminated Aerial Maps will be prepared for each individual tract and will be provided to prospective buyers and/or buyer’s agents. These maps will show all improvements, roads, ponds, lakes, and any other water features which may be located on the property.

Property Photography 

Still Photography will be taken primarily of the interior and exterior of any improvements, wildlife, and other special features of each property. Videos will be taken inside any interior of the structures such as homes, cabins, outbuildings, cattle working pens, along with any live water features on property.

Property Videos

Our staff will film and produce an informative property video containing captions that explain what the potential buyer is viewing in the video as it is playing. If the landowner would like any ranch operations or mock ranch operations to be filmed and included in the marketing package, our team will facilitate this. (Examples: Working Cattle, Driving Cattle, Farming Practices, Driving the Ranch, Hunting)
