Location:
Located in northern Wilbarger county near White City, Texas between county roads 101 North (Paved road), and 106 West(Gravel/Sand road), approximately 13 miles North of Vernon, Texas.
Terrain:
This is an excellent sandy loam farm that lies flat to gently sloping with excellent drainage, no rocky areas or scalds, and productive dryland acreage.
