This excellent hunting and recreational ranch consists of a variety of terrain from grass/cultivation and mesquite flats to rugged cedar breaks with steep elevation changes of 150+ feet. The upper flat areas consist of a combination of some cultivation (food plots) and mesquite flat areas which overlook the entire bottom country and would make an excellent site for a hunting lodge, campsite, or for viewing the wildlife in the areas below. The wildlife travel all over the ranch, but consistently are found feeding on these food plot areas and cultivation fields.
