The lodge has been designed for the active lifestyle with stained concrete flooring in the main lodge, epoxied flooring in the garage area, and laundry room to make quick work of messes and low maintenance. Outside the lodge area is a 30-ton overhead feed bin to keep feeders topped off around the property. A short distance to the South is a 3,200 square foot insulated tool shop with concrete flooring and full utilities. Five large rollup doors provide easy access for vehicles and an additional equipment apron houses a game cooler and covered shooting bench. A well-established road system provides quick access across the ranch. The historic Quanah Acme and Pacific Railway once traversed this property from North to South leaving an exceptional private roadway down the middle off the property for modern day use. In addition, two bridge crossings have been constructed over the deep canyons to make all areas of Triple Ridge accessible.  Wildlife:

Hunting and conservation have been a top priority as evidenced by the photos.  The property is currently under the MLD III.  Protein and cottonseed have been fed year around and numerous improvements to the habitat have been made to ensure the wildlife has ample water and feed.  There have been 3 trophy whitetails taken over the past 4 seasons, and one trophy mule deer.   The whitetail deer scored: 162 1/8, 163 2/8, 170 1/8, and the Mule deer was just over 150”.  The bodyweights are equally impressive with the 170” Whitetail weighing 254lbs, and the mule deer weighing 295lbs.  There has been one trophy Aoudad taken which taped out at 31”, had 13.5” bases and a live weight of 274lbs.  The property has an abundance of Whitetail Deer, Mule Deer, Aoudad, Bobwhite Quail, Turkey, Ducks, Dove, Bobcats, Coyote, and Wild Hog.
