Location:

Northwest Bailey County near FM 3125 approximately 10 miles Southeast of Farwell, Texas and 14 miles Northwest of Muleshoe, Texas. Farms are in the South plains region of Texas (four farms combined either contiguous or within two miles of each other).

Improvements:

These combinations of irrigated and dry land farms are a great setup for a cattle or farming operation. There are a significant amount of depreciable assets with six irrigation sprinkler pivots, 20+/- irrigation wells and panels, miles of underground pipeline, and a large metal barn. The farm has been previously used as a combination Row-crop and cattle operation.
