This place is excellent, Tabor Home Place consists of a variety of brush, vegetation, and hardwoods. It is well balanced with some areas having very thick mesquite and hackberry, other areas with more open grass land that provides excellent grazing, and the creek areas with nice hardwood trees and seasonal water for wildlife and livestock.
There are several areas that could be easily converted to cultivated food plots within the ranch that would also make a great food source, and there are several other places near creek area that are highly suitable for food plots. Unusual to Hardeman County, this ranch has scattered large hardwoods such as hackberry, elm, and others throughout the tract offering excellent bow hunting opportunities as well as prime turkey roosting areas.
The land is primarily rolling with some areas of more elevation change and also several draws throughout the property that act as prime bedding and travel areas for all sorts of wildlife.
