This turn-key outstanding recreational hunting ranch is loaded with all sorts of wildlife and acts as a game magnet from the adjoining 550,000 acre ranch. First class deer blinds and feeders have been strategically placed throughout the property providing excellent views and opportunities to harvest trophy wildlife. These setups are perfect for morning and evening hunts, as well as some being geared for bow-hunting. For the last three seasons, the ranch has been under an extensive management program including specified harvesting and feeding corn and protein. Having the large cultivated feed field in the center of the ranch is ideal for attracting large numbers of game from the adjoining brush and thick wooded creek bottom areas. Hardwoods such as hackberry and china berry trees, along with thick mesquite cover, are all around the field making for excellent deer blind setups.

There are countless game trails traveling in and out of the field and brushy areas from the wildlife traveling to feed in the morning and evening. It is common to see very large numbers of Whitetail deer, Hogs, and Turkey out grazing the field during the colder months of the year. Turkey roost in the larger trees and travel the brush lines throughout the entire property. Turkey Creek is a wet-weather creek that winds through the South side of the ranch offering a water source for wildlife as well as an excellent travel path. Currently the large field is being planted in winter wheat, but is sometimes rotated to cotton or other crops for ag purposes. For a wildlife draw, wheat is always planted near the brushy areas to provide feed even if the acreage is in crop rotation.

There are four ponds in different areas of the property also providing water sources and also offering excellent waterfowl hunting. With excellent cover around the ponds and slough areas, a hunter has plenty of camouflage to easily view wildlife coming to and from the water sources.
