Located in Wichita County 20 miles west of Wichita Falls, Texas, off Highway 25 and Turkey Creek Road, south of Highway 287, and 2 ½ hours from the DFW Metroplex.

A large set of pipe cattle corrals/sorting pens with a loading ramp has been built next to Lazy J County Road and features a covered crowding alley and squeeze chute. They are conveniently located south of the main corrals along with an elevated poly tank for watering livestock within the headquarters. Then just south of the cattle pens is a set of horse pens with framework that would only require a re-paneling job to add another shed for horses. Existing fencing is excellent with cross fencing to allow for rotational grazing.
