Location:

Located on paved FM 1763, approximately 5 miles east of Vernon, Texas on the Pease River in Wilbarger County. Only a 2 ½ hour drive from Fort Worth, Texas.

Highly traveled game trails are found throughout the property and are especially noticeable near the river. When the river has been up from recent rainfall, the catfish come upstream from the nearby Red River and congregate in the Pease channels.
