Location:

Located on the Red River in northern Wichita County, 8 miles northwest of Burkburnett, Texas and approximately 20 minutes from Wichita Falls, Texas.

Terrain:

The Smith Ranch is privately located at the end of a paved county road in the Red River Valley and is a diverse property ranging from elevated high spots to lower river bottom pastures with a variety of vegetation.
