The Pringle Ranch is a 340-acre cattle ranch split into two tracts by county road 110 West. The South tract consists of 160 acres while the North tract is comprised of 180 acres. Both pastures offer flat well drained soils with improved and native grasses. Rural water supplies both pastures with plumbed troughs, including a large 16’X16’ concrete trough in the North pasture. In addition, surface water features include seven livestock ponds with three found in the South pasture and the remaining four on the North side. Perimeter and interior fencing is good to excellent condition with divided pastures for rotational grazing.
