The Jeffrey Stateline Ranch is an agricultural and recreational hunting property that encompasses former croplands now enrolled in CRP and rolling shinnery covered sand hills. The ranch has established electrical utilities in the center of the property with an automatic watering station setup for wildlife. The heavy shinnery oaks provide both food and cover for wildlife on the ranch including a good number of mule deer.
