The Eakin Ranch is a multipurpose property that offers ranching, farming and recreational opportunities in northern Hardeman County, Texas. Eakin Ranch is easily accessed by the all-weather county roads that encompass the ranch on three sides. The east side of the ranch is bordered by Taylor Road with Thrash Road to the north, but the primary entrance is located via Huneycutt Road on the west side of property. The ranch is only four miles north of FM 91 and just eight miles north of Chillicothe, Texas, located on Highway 287.
