The Baylor County Ranch is a wonderful hunting and recreational getaway ranch. A large heavily brushed draw runs through most of the property providing excellent cover and roosting areas for wildlife. With the location of the ranch very near the Brazos River Bottom, it is very common to see lots of wildlife grazing the pastures in the morning and evening. The elevation change from the is flat to rolling near the entrance and becomes more drastic and rolling through the middle of the property. The camp area is located near the entrance of the property allowing easy access without disturbing the bedding areas of wildlife in the thick parts of the ranch and as well as the food plot areas. One of the ponds is very old with a huge rock lined runoff creek feeding it. The other pond was built just a few years ago and has a large water catch area. Both ponds are excellent water sources for both livestock and wildlife. This little ranch offers so much fun and recreation and is ready to be enjoyed!
