This is an excellent sandy and clay loam farm that is very productive. The farm lies primarily flat with very minimal slope and only one small washing area in the southwest corner. The farm has good county road access on the north and east sides and would be excellent for a home site as well as a production farm or small cattle operation. There is a small older home site area on the east side of the farm that would be an excellent location for a set of corrals or could be put back in cultivation. The farm was previously irrigated and two older wells remain. These wells have caved in and are not functional.
