This beautiful ranch is a wonderful location to build a home or a place to escape the metroplex. It offers excellent grazing for horses or cattle and an unbelievable fishing lake. The large hardwoods that surround the lake offer beautiful views and shelter from the North Texas wind. The ranch is fairly flat near Old Denton Road and several home sites could be carved out along this road. As you travel South the terrain begins to change to tree lined valleys that funnel into Sweetwater Creek.
