The Wolfe Road Lake Tract is a very unique recreational property in north central Texas. The large 10+ acre lake is a prime part of the tract, offering outstanding waterfowl hunting, small boating adventures, and beautiful views. The lake is difficult to see from the adjoining county roads making it actually very private. The lake has decent depth on about 1/3 of the surface acres and the other 2/3 is optimal depth for waterfowl habitat and hunting.
