Located in Lamar County, 14 miles southeast of Paris, Texas.

Flokauf Farms consists of four separate agricultural tracts located approximately 14 miles southeast of Paris, Texas, just south of the community of Deport. Flokauf Farms features flat black land loam soil that is excellent for a wide variety of crops. Although these farms are comprised of separate tracts, they are all within a two-mile radius of each other for convenience.

146.12+/- Acre Tract
The first tract is the 146.12-acre North Farm and is a nice mix of cropland and cattle grazing. The front 92 acres is an unfenced crop area, allowing easy access for farm equipment. The remainder of this farm features native grasses and hardwood shelterbelts along the two separate pastures.
