Flokauf Farms consists of four separate agricultural tracts located approximately 14 miles southeast of Paris, Texas, just south of the community of Deport. Electrical utilities run across a section of the property, offering the potential for service. Flokauf Farms are a great option to consider for adding more cropland or starting a new operation with highly productive land in Northeast Texas.
