The Milligan Road Ranch is a great all around recreational ranch that is very private. Perfect for a getaway spot, the square 679 acres offers excellent hunting, good grazing, scenic views, large neighboring tracts, and lots of outdoor recreational activities. The ranch is located in an area where trophy whitetail have been harvested and it is common to see good numbers of deer in the 120-140 class that can be grown into trophies. The ranch is comprised of hills and plateaus that overlook the mesquite flats and countryside below. The lower areas of the ranch also are comprised of better growing soil with about 150 acres in formerly cultivated fields that are perfect for a food plot for wildlife or grazing for livestock. The perimeter fences around these fields need a little work, but could be easily repaired to keep livestock separated from these areas. The other lower areas of the property are filled with mesquite, hackberry, thick underbrush, and lots of native grasses.
