The Winnett Ranch is an excellent end of the road hunting and recreation ranch. Very seldom do you find a place this size on the Red River with approximately ¾ mile of frontage. The terrain varies from thick brush and tall trees to open grassy areas scattered across the property. Near the entrance of the ranch there is a field that could easily be planted for a food plot with winter feed for deer and summer feed for bird hunting. Near the east line of the ranch there is a natural dove flyway and droves of birds travel this area in the fall.
