This end of road small getaway farm lies very flat with no washes and mostly productive acres. Scattered cottonwoods trees are found throughout the center of the tract and are perfect for shade for cattle as well as wildlife that often pass through. Over the years, it is very common to see game traveling across the farm in the early and late hours of the day. A large metal deer blind has been place near the center of the tract and is perfect for hunting and viewing game traveling to and from the property. Dove and turkey hunting are also excellent on the place and the scattered trees act as roosting areas for these game birds. The soil ranges from sandy loam in most areas to very fine sand in others.
