This excellent combination ranch is a great hunting tract located in big deer country and also offers productive agricultural land with exceptional bird hunting. The ranch is primarily rolling mesquite country with a large creek winding through it that is lined with hackberry and mulberry trees. Large numbers of wildlife live along this creek in the brush and are found feeding in the wheat fields in the winter months. Three ponds provide water for wildlife and cattle as well as fishing opportunities. The creek has many large pools of water that also attract wildlife and the larger hardwoods are great for bow hunting and turkey roosts.
