Broker

Blaine Covington founded Texas Hunting Land LLC in late 1998 with a real estate license and a website he built by hand in his dorm room as an eighteen-year-old freshman at Texas Christian University, making it one of the first brokerages to market rural land online. He graduated from TCU's Neeley School of Business in 2002 with a degree in entrepreneurial management and turned the venture into a premier rural brokerage. Under his direction, his sales team has closed over 1,000 farm, ranch, and recreational transactions, surpassing $900 million in total sales across offices in Fort Worth, Vernon, and Lawn, alongside an active agent network throughout Northeast Texas. Raised in Wichita Falls, Blaine got his footing in Texas land early: hunting and fishing on his grandmother's 200-acre farm outside Seymour and hunting quail across North Texas with his father. His entry into brokerage was driven by a clear objective: build a career in the field and acquire land of his own. Today, he owns and operates both a working cattle ranch outside of Abilene and a high-fence game operation near Winnsboro. His footprint across Texas real estate extends well beyond sales. Blaine founded a title company based out of Dallas and has overseen and developed residential, commercial, and industrial assets across Texas, executing ground-up construction and triple-net lease projects. As co-founder of Fort Worth-based Cedar Top Lending, he directs debt origination for land, ranch, construction, and bridge financing, evaluating collateral viability, capital structures, and exit execution. He has also directed engineering teams in building proprietary mapping systems, automated marketing architecture, AI platforms, and enterprise data warehouses that power Texas Hunting Land LLC. Blaine, his wife, and their five children live in Aledo, Texas. He holds Texas Real Estate License #474901 and Oklahoma Broker License #153647.
