This little ranch is an ideal getaway for someone wanting a nice place to stay, very private but easily accessible, excellent year round hunting, and agricultural or livestock opportunities! The pasture is primarily very thick mesquite and lots of thickets of grasses and underbrush with a few scattered hackberry trees. Wildlife is plentiful on the property because of the dense vegetation and lack of hunting pressure in this area. This ranch is just down the road from the huge Swenson Ranch, and lots of game travel back and forth between these two properties. The pond near the headquarters is covered in game tracks as well as being an outstanding dove hunting area. Currently, the food plot near the house is thick with sunflowers and they act as a bird magnet. Although this is a great whitetail hunting property, wild hogs are also plentiful and can be enjoyed as year round sport hunting.
