Rolling to flat terrain with very heavy mesquite brush, a few scattered live oaks, and nice views. This small tract is loaded with wildlife and with the thick and wooded neighbors, it is ideal for the hunter who wants to have the benefit of a large property in a smaller one. There is a wet weather creek that crosses that property and several good pond sites as well. Most all of the cover on this tract is large, mature mesquite, except for a few scattered hackberry and Live oaks through the middle to eastern portion of the property along the wet weather creek area.
